I don't pretend to be a food expert. What you see in these posts is just my pictures and whatever is on my mind when I ate the food or me Googling trying to understand and explain the food. Most of my reviews of the food will be "Delicious" or "Meh" as I don't have the ability to really judge food beyond that. I mostly blog about my fancier-ish dining adventures to help others get an idea about what a restaurant is about.
Sometimes, all I want to know is "how big are the portions", "how many courses are there on the tasting menu", and "what does X on the menu actually mean". This is sometimes impossible to find on the restaurant's website, and sometimes difficult to find on Yelp with the exception of a few reviewers who write insanely detailed reviews.
